Delete your PromptGO account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open PromptGO and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

Your account, its linked email or Apple ID, AI usage counters and your subscription record are permanently removed from our systems, together with the scripts and audio recordings the app stored on your phone. Videos you saved to your photo library stay there and can be deleted in the Photos app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop being charged.
