Agreement
By using PromptGO you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (for the iOS app). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your content
You keep all rights to the scripts and videos you create. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to anything you record or share.
AI-generated content
AI scripts and captions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review them before you publish. Do not use the AI features to create unlawful, harmful or misleading content. Fair-use daily limits apply.
PromptGO Pro subscription
PromptGO Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered weekly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings of the App Store or Google Play. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Free version
Videos exported with the free version include a PromptGO watermark and may be limited in quality.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to bypass limits or subscriptions, or use it in violation of any law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of content stored on your device – keep backups of important recordings.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for serious violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
